Xenia Rooders made history by becoming the first Women’s Self-Defense Champion of YouTuber Rokas’ Ultimate Self-Defense Championship (USDC), demonstrating the principles of Street Tactics under pressure and proving that women can be fierce, resilient, and incredibly capable. Her journey began in traditional martial arts, but her experience working in security taught her that what works in training doesn’t always hold up when it matters most. When she began training Urban Combatives under Michiel Mulder, Xenia quickly stood out through her relentless work ethic, strong character, and determination to improve. Her ability to switch on controlled aggression when necessary is something she has developed through years of hard training, discipline, and pushing beyond her comfort zone. Alongside her self-protection training, Xenia is a dedicated competitive boxer who has stepped into the ring numerous times, gaining valuable experience in dealing with pressure, adversity, and physical confrontation. She also has a passion for fitness, running, and continuously sharpening her skills within Street Tactics. Beyond her achievements, Xenia is one of the driving forces behind the scenes at School of Self Protection. Although she occasionally steps into the spotlight, her humble nature means she rarely seeks recognition for her contributions. She prefers to let her actions speak for themselves, quietly playing an important role in the continued growth and development of Street Tactics. Xenia aims to inspire women around the world to discover their own strength, build confidence, and understand that being capable of violence when necessary is not about gender, but about mindset, preparation, and determination. She doesn’t just train the principles of Street Tactics. She has put them to the test and keeps sharpening them in continuous training.
